Challenge 1: How does globalisation challenge us as professionals in education?
-What do you see as the 3 biggest challenges in the world?
a) INDIVIDUAL
1.-We have to change the mentality of the society on education.
2.-We have to reduce the pollution.
3.-The society has to realize that all people deserve the same treatment.
b) GROUP
1.-Respect and values.
2.-The independence of the women.
3.-Media.
-How can you work on that as a professional?
a)INDIVIDUAL: I am studying my second career to work with children how has problems, and I believe that in order to change society, the best thing that we can do is educate children in that values, because they are the future.
b)GROUP: We had no time to discuss this question.
Reflection:
This class I found very interesting because globalization is an important issue. I enjoyed talking in groups about globalization, especially since many people are in class from around the world and now we're sharing these moments and is very interesting listening what are they saying.
I believe that globalization should be in every moment of our lives and begin to have a broader vision. In this way we can make a better education and a better society.
